Engineering Training Programs
Having made the decision to come to Vista for your HDI Roll-out or Maintenance contract services, you will be reassured to learn just how seriously we at Vista take staff training.
We believe that training is another of the critical ingredients in the success of Vista Retail Support. As you would expect we have a dedicated training suite at our Cardiff head office and furthermore we provide full product specific training for all of our engineers.
However, that is just the beginning of our extensive staff training programs. Not only do we provide multi tier training programs for all staff from the call centre trainees up to our most experienced field service engineers, but we run quarterly and annually work swap programs to ensure that many of the staff get to spend time doing some of the other functions that often complement their normal roles. You will often find field service engineers learning what it’s like to handle calls in the call centre.
No training requirements are too big for our experienced training staff, we set up complete functioning systems in our training rooms and this means our engineers are specifically trained on your systems. You will find training programs specific for your requirements detailed within your Service Implementation Plan.
