Methodology
At Vista Retail Support we offer a range of service level agreements, which can be designed to suit your business ranging from Monday – Sunday, 24 hours, 365 days per year with SLA’s ranging from 2 to 12 hour on-site break-fix or replacement. When embarking on a new client partnership, Vista employs a simple, proven approach.
Firstly, one of our qualified project managers will make contact with you and arrange to meet up to construct a ‘Service Implementation Plan’ (SIP).
